We Love Naples Park
Naples Park is a single family beach community that is on the upside of growth. It was originally developed in the ‘50s and, at that time, was considered out of the way.
As the Naples area grew Naples Park became centrally located and highly desirable. Its proximity to the beach, the Ritz Carlton, Delnor Wiggins State Park, the Philharmonic, Waterside Shops, and all that Naples has to offer can’t be beat.
Historically, Naples Park was a working class community. In recent years, however, the great location has begun attracting the more affluent. As you drive through the neighborhood you will see many homes being renovated, and new ones being built where older ones once stood (Map Naples Park)

Welcome to Naples, Florida, a seaside paradise tucked into Southwest Florida’s gulf coast. The Naples Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA), which includes all of Collier County, is the 2nd fastest growing metropolitan area in the nation, according to the 2000 U.S. Census. With a total area of 2,305 square miles, and a land area of 2,025 square miles, Collier County is the largest county in Florida and is larger than the states of Rhode Island and Delaware.

Collier County has a fast growing population of 290,000+ year-round residents. TheSouthwest Florida regional population is projected to increase 138% from 2000 to 2030.
